Designing flagship brand engagements that bring advanced technology to life
Challenge
As the #1 AI provider to the U.S. government, Booz Allen needed a scalable, high-impact way to demonstrate its advanced technology capabilities—spanning AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, modeling and simulation, and digital twin—to defense and enterprise customers. While the firm’s technical depth was unmatched, it was still often perceived primarily as a consulting company rather than a technology leader. We needed an experiential brand platform that could bring innovation to life, strengthen customer relationships, and reinforce Booz Allen’s leadership in the defense-technology landscape.
Solution
I designed and directed Tech Demo Days—Booz Allen’s flagship experiential engagement series that transforms complex technologies into live, story-driven demonstrations. The program redefined how the firm communicates innovation, translating advanced capabilities into human-centered experiences that inspire customer confidence and drive growth.

Designing the experience end-to-end, from space layout and environmental graphics to the full customer journey—ensuring every touchpoint felt intentional, interactive, and on-brand.

Preparing leadership and teams, developing executive talking points, coaching presenters, and enabling relationship managers to deliver cohesive, strategic narratives.

Driving follow-through by hosting tactical business-development conversations post-event to capture opportunities, update CRM data, and sustain pipeline momentum.
My Role

Creative & Strategic Lead: Defined event vision, messaging, and brand-engagement framework.
